Executive Chairman

Don is an advisor and company director in the mineral resources industry. He is a director of ASX listed Kogi Iron, European Cobalt and is an advisor to EMR Capital & Terrain Capital based in Melbourne.

Previously he was a senior executive with BHP Billiton both in Australia and internationally as President BHP Billiton Japan, President BHP Billiton India, Group General Manager Marketing Asia based in Hong Kong, Marketing Director for Mt Newman Iron Ore Sales, Chief Development Officer for the Aluminium Group, Vice President Corporate Strategy and Vice President Investor Relations.

Prior to joining BHP, Don worked for Utah International at the Blackwater coal mine in Queensland and later in San Francisco, USA with responsibilities covering new coal developments in the USA and Asia.

Don began his career in the mining industry with Rio Tinto iron ore operations at Dampier and Tom Price in Western Australia.

James Macaulay B.Sc.(Metall), B.Comm, FAICD (Dip.)
Director - Exploration

James Macaulay has had 42 years experience in the mining industry. He has broad experience covering metallurgy, mineral processing operations, mineral exploration, equipment application, engineering design, marketing, financial analysis, and corporate governance. He has been a Director and Principal consultant of Metallurgical Refining & Development Pty Ltd for the past 27 years, overseeing the provision of mineral process and contract exploration services to the mining industry.

He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) with Company Director Diploma.

Robert Kingdon B.Juris, LLB

Robert is a Lawyer with more than 30 years experience. He is the principal of Kingdon Lawyers (a Melbourne based firm) and practises primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Corporations Law and Governance, Property Law and Resources and Energy.

Scott Goffage B.Comm., ACA
Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer

Scott is a Chartered Accountant who spent the early years of his career with Price Waterhouse (now PwC). He then spent 17 years in senior finance roles working for a diverse range of companies in both Australia and England (industries covered included manufacturing, sales and service, major transport implementation project, property development and management consultancy).

Over the past 5 years, Scott has provided his consulting services to a variety of small and medium-sized businesses focusing on helping them to improve profitability, manage cash flows, control costs, improve systems and processes and develop and implement strategies.
