Bruce is Non-Executive Director of Australia Posts & of The City of Brisbane Investment Corporation (CBIC). Bruce is the Chairman of the McIver Group of Companies, Rail Technology Group Pty Ltd

Previously he has served on a number of Boards specialising in Bulk Shipping, Mining Logistics, Oil & Gas Logistics and Property, both in Queensland, Interstate & in Asia.

Bruce currently holds positions with the Logistics & Transport Industry, Organisational Politics, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) since 2004, holding a Company Directors Diploma from the AICD.

James Macaulay has had 42 years experience in the mining industry. He has broad experience covering metallurgy, mineral processing operations, mineral exploration, equipment application, engineering design, marketing, financial analysis, and corporate governance. He has been a Director and Principal consultant of Metallurgical Refining & Development Pty Ltd for the past 27 years, overseeing the provision of mineral process and contract exploration services to the mining industry.

He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) with Company Director Diploma.

Robert is a Lawyer with more than 30 years experience. He is the principal of Kingdon Lawyers (a Melbourne based firm) and practises primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Corporations Law and Governance, Property Law and Resources and Energy.

Peter Jans LLB (Hons), Grad. Dip (Ancient History), MA

Peter is a senior commercial, corporate and resources lawyer with direct ASX listed experience, including group general counsel and company secretary for ERM Power Limited (ASX: EPW) and Queensland Gas Company Limited (ASX:QGC) and CS Energy Limited (QLD: GOC). Peter has extensive experience in capital markets, including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, equity and funding raisings, corporate governance and structuring, as well as regulatory dealings (ASX, ASIC and ACCC).   He has been a Director of a number of listed and unlisted companies.

Scott is a Chartered Accountant who spent the early years of his career with Price Waterhouse (now PwC). He then spent 17 years in senior finance roles working for a diverse range of companies in both Australia and England (industries covered included manufacturing, sales and service, major transport implementation project, property development and management consultancy).

Over the past 5 years, Scott has provided his consulting services to a variety of small and medium-sized businesses focusing on helping them to improve profitability, manage cash flows, control costs, improve systems and processes and develop and implement strategies.
